CEMETERIES:

Both Cemeteries’ of  the Unterer Friesenberg and Oberer Friesenberg  are cemetery of the ISRAELITISCHE CULTUSGEMEINDE ZURICH (ICZ) cemeteries. A bridge was built to connect the Oberer Friesenberg cemetery with a new section. This section is called Oberer Friesenberg NF cemetery. It also belongs to the ICZ. 

Steinkluppenweg, In use from 1899 to 1968, capacity & used: 200\

Steinkluppenweg is a cemetery of the ISRAELITISCHE RELIGIONSGESELLSCHAFT ( IRG) that is no longer in use. The IRG now operates the cemetery in PFAFFHAUSEN/ZH – Wedstrasse. In use since Nov.26, 1939, no more information

AGUDAS ACHIM used since: 1982, 270 graves, used 31

The Agudas cemetery belongs to the AGUDAS ACHIM orthodox Est-European community and is located on Goldackerweg in the Albisrieden city district.

 

Right next to this cemetery of the Orthodox community Agudas Achim is the cemetery of the Liberal Jewish community (OR) CHADASCH. The ILG Or Chadasch existed since 1978.
